What do you remember most about your first day on the job?
Stepping up into the dispensary and having a bird's eye view of the whole store.
What is the best part of working at Sobeys?
I've held a variety of positions at Lawtons and Sobeys retail locations and head office, and I've met people who I admire, and have taught me so much.
What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?
My proudest moment was when my home store in Rothesay, NB, became the No. 1 in-store pharmacy for prescription volume in Atlantic Canada.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
Listen and learn all you can from your leaders. The greater variety of people you work with, the more you develop your own skill set.
