What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

How excited I was to be working and how nice everyone was.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

The people, both customers and staff members. They really are family.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

When I receive thank-you notes from past employees for their appreciation for helping them succeed.

What is your favourite memory from the past 25 years?

I have several, but they consistently involve those I work with making it a great place to come to every day.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

You only get out of a job what you put into it., so do the best you can in whatever you do.

Who do you most admire?

My mother. She was a single mom who went to university and raised two kids. She’s a strong woman.
