What do you remember most about your first day on the job?

I make a lot of friends here, I'm fortunate to meet so many great people in this job.

What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

When I shared the results of last year's Gain Share and Employee Incentive dollar amounts with my team. We worked so hard for that, it was our best year ever.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

I have been involved in many new grand openings, and after all that hard work it's amazing to see customers excited to get a new store.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

It's a complicated business but it's fun and challenging. Be patient, there's a lot to learn.
