What is the best part of working at Sobeys?

Everything, I guess! The staff are really close, we can have a laugh. We still get work done, but there's no good going to work if you can't have a bit of fun in the process.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

Recently a woman slipped in the mall parking lot so we went out to tend to her and get her ready to go in the ambulance. A few days later, I got a call from a vice president thanking me for helping the customer.

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

Do your job the best that you can and interact with the customers. Many customers are like family, they come and look for us.

Who do you most admire?

People who spend their lives helping others.
