I remember it was very unique and felt a lot like a family business.

The best part of working at Sobeys is the staff.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?

My proudest moments are watching the people who have worked for me or with me move into management positions. It doesn't get any better than that!

What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?

If you wish to be a grocery category manager, I would suggest working for at least two years as a store department manager. The experience will be extremely beneficial for your career.
