My first customer called and I couldn't find her in the system and she said, “Are you new?” I said “Yes,” and she replied, “Yes, very.”

My proudest moments as a Sobeys employee have been when customers have appreciated my help and have sent me a thank-you note.

I admire my parents, and the late Dave Collins.
