What do you remember most about your first day on the job?
Getting used to a new workplace and getting to know the people, but it happened pretty quickly.

What is your proudest moment as a Sobeys employee?
About six years ago playing in a Lawtons golf tournament I got unofficial word from Rob Sobey that I was being promoted to Director, and the next day it was made official; it was the highlight of my career.
What advice would you give to a new Sobeys employee?
Stay focused on what you do, respect your fellow employee at all times, and enjoy coming to work.
